Do I need to be a singer to join Pop Choir?
Absolutely not! Anyone can join Pop Choir no matter your musical background. You don’t need to have a musical bone in your body. Our motto is Singing:Fun:For Everyone, and we mean it!
Do I need to read music to take part in a Pop Choir session?
No! Pop Choir isn’t like a traditional community choir, our weekly sessions take you step-by-step through each song. All our songs are familiar modern and classic hits. We make you sound good with the power of a group of entusiastic choir members.
How do I know Pop Choir is right for me?
We offer a free trail! Come check us out at your nearest Pop Choir location by signing up for your free trial.
Can I attend multiple choir locations?
Unfortunately, due to Health and Safety requirements at our halls, our members may only choose one location. However, we reckon that a single Pop Choir session will keep you going for the rest of the week!
How can I buy Pop Choir merchandise?
You may order merch through our Member’s section and pay using your credit card/debit card. We will have your merch ready for you at your next session.
How do I pay?
How much does a Pop Choir membership cost?
Pop Choir offers its members the option of choosing between a monthly direct debit or a yearly subscription. Please visit Join Us to learn about our pricing and to know which tier is right for you. If you need help choosing, please get in touch with us.
How do I pay my membership fee?
You can easily pay your membership fee online! Please visit our Join Us page and choose your desired tier and location, and click sign up. You will be redirected to our online payment system and your membership will be added to your cart. Check out and choose to pay via your credit or debit card. Your payment will be processed shortly.
What does a Pop Choir membership cover?

Do you offer refunds to missed sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any missed session, nor can we accomodate a different location. If you are travelling and wish to freeze your membership whilst you are away, please get touch with us
How did you work out the monthyl fee?
Terms and Conditions
Refund policy terms and conditions are specific rules and guidelines that outline the conditions under which a customer can receive a refund for a product or service they have purchased.
Eligibility: The refund policy states that no refunds are given for payments under any circumstances. You may cancel your membership from month to month but cannot have a refund during a month.
Refund exclusions: A refund may be given where in error duplicate memberships were purchased but please contact organisation
It is important for customers to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of a refund policy before making a purchase, in order to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes later on.

Pop Choir Sessions
When and where do Pop Choir sessions take place?
We currently offer 5 locations all across Melbourne’s South East Inner Suburbs, please visit our location’s page to know more about the days, timings and addresses of each of our Pop Choir locations.
Do Pop Choir locations have facilities for disabled members?
We make our best effort in providing a safe, inclusive and accessible place for every single one of our members. Most of our halls have disabled access, if you have special needs, we are more than happy to meet them. Please get in touch with your Pop Choir instructor for more details.
Do Pop Choir locations have parking spaces?
All Pop Choir locations have onstreet parking! Furthermore, most Pop Choir locations are easily accessible via public transport so you don’t even have to take your car to your weekly session!
Can I attend another session at another location if I have missed my chosen session?
Unfortunately, to stay compliant towards health and safety regulations at our halls we cannot offer members the ability to switch sessions. If you are moving to a new location and wish to switch your weekly session please get in touch with us via the contact form and we will do our best to accomodate.
How can I access the Member’s Area?
You can access the Member’s Area by selecting Member’s Login in the menu bar and logging in using your username and password.
How do I get access to music resources?
All resources including arrangements, lessons, sheet music and performance details will be available through the Member’s Login page which can be accessed via this link .
Where can I get pictures and videos of my performance?
All pictures and videos of your performances will be located in the Member’s Login page which can be accessed via this link .
Pop Choir Performances
What kinds of performances will Pop Choir be doing?
Pop Choir has been performing at the biggest events in Melbourne. From being featured on TV, at our Rocketman performance to being featured on charity events like Connor’s Run. To learn more about our past and future events, visit our Event’s page.
Do I have to pay for a performance?
You will never have to pay to perform at any one of our community events. We do offerr Pop Choir expereinces but they are at an addiontal cost due to the enormity of the experience.
Will I have to sing solos?
We take great care at making Pop Choir sessions and performances a relaxing and stress-free environment. Some singers are intimidated by being in the spotlight and hence we will never force anyone to sing by themselves. Some singers love to perform and if possible, be able to sing a solo section. Let your Pop Choir instructor know if you are interested.
